Siddha Philosophy and Spirituality

Siddha is an ancient medical system, primarily practiced in Tamil Nadu, South India. It is considered one of the oldest traditional medical systems, alongside Ayurveda and Unani. It focuses on the holistic balance of body, mind, and spirit. The system is built on the belief that humans are composed of five elements (earth, water, fire, air, and ether), and health is maintained when these elements are in balance. Treatments include herbal medicines, diet modification, purification techniques, and yoga practices.
